Introduction

During my years on the Boards of the Biofeedback Society of America, the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America, and the National Commission for Health Certifying Agencies (now NOCA – National Organization of Certifying Agencies), many documents were significant in the many projects in which I participated or chaired. For many years I saved and stored these in files and boxes. As I grow older, I am more interested in preserving these documents for posterity and those students and younger professionals who are interested in and care about details about many events and review historical documentation. For these reasons, I include a section of many documents. I will place most of these documents in public access to facilitate availability. I will provide restricted access with password availability for interested persons for some documents.
